Shipping

We can ship to anywhere in the world with An Post. We will send out your order on the first working day of the week following a stock drop. Shipping in Ireland usually takes one week. Worldwide shipping can vary according to country (see chart below) but you can track your order with UPS. Details of tracking will accompany your order.

Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. Spice Vintage will not be responsible for these expenses.

 

Returns Policy

Spice Vintage does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong sizing. When purchasing any of our spicy vintage clothing we ask that you please take your time to read the sizing and item description carefully. Our items are all preloved and second hand so there are often little shows of wear that we will disclose in the item description.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have a problem with your order and we will be happy to help resolve it. Original shipping fee not included when issuing a refund or credit note. 

Return Shipping

The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your purchase and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please notify @spice_vintage  (by direct message via instagram) that you will be returning your purchase and we will then provide the necessary shipping details. 

We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
